We want to inform you about an important adjustment to the Imperial Patronage Event that we performed with the most recent update: the minimum level requirement has been increased from Level 11 to Level 70. After careful consideration, we made this change to improve the event experience. We found that, before reaching Level 70, players aren’t able to acquire enough event currencies to fully participate or benefit from the event’s features.

This adjustment was implemented while the event was active, meaning players below Level 70 were affected and lost access mid-event. Unfortunately, this also caused a loss of any currencies invested in this run for these players.

To address this, we have automatically refunded all event currencies used by impacted players in this event run. Any currency you spent in this event has been returned to your account, so you don’t need to contact our Customer Support team regarding this matter. The refunds are complete, and you should see your currencies restored in your account.
