As many of you are aware, a significant exploit was discovered a few weeks ago that allowed players to duplicate defensive tools in massive quantities. Once this issue was reported and confirmed, it was promptly resolved to prevent further abuse.

Unfortunately, the scale of the exploit was unprecedented. Some players were able to generate millions, even billions, of defensive tools, which has disrupted the fairness and balance of the game. To address this situation and ensure a level playing field for everyone, we must take decisive action.

Actions We Are Taking

We will be removing all exploited tools from players’ accounts, starting with Relic Tools. Other tool types, including Ruby Tools, are under review and may also be removed in the coming days & weeks. This is a necessary step to restore balance to the game and uphold the integrity of our community. To ensure no exploited tools remain in the game, we will be thoroughly checking all areas where tools may exist.

This includes, for example, but is not limited to:
• Movements: If exploited tools are found in active troop movements, these movements may be canceled.
• Defensive Setups: Any defensive setups containing exploited tools will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that changes resulting from this process may impact your current troop movements or defensive setups.

The sheer volume of tools involved, along with the number of accounts that abused this exploit, means this process will take some time. We are committed to thoroughly addressing this issue and ask for your patience as we work through it.

Final Notice to Exploiters

If you find that your tool stocks or defensive setups have changed as a result of this action, do not contact our Customer Support or CRM Teams. We have extensive evidence of exploit abuse on affected accounts, and these changes are final. No appeals will be considered, and this matter is not open for discussion.
