📢 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHANGES
We also have an important update regarding Customer Support. In order to improve response times and reliability, we have made the difficult decision to reduce the number of supported languages.
What’s changing?
✅ Starting tomorrow, Customer Support will only be available in English and German.
❌ Tickets submitted in any other language will no longer be processed.
We know this may be disappointing for some of you, but by focusing on fewer languages, we can speed up response times and provide higher-quality support for everyone.
If you’ve already submitted a ticket in another language, don’t worry! Our team will still work through those requests over the coming weeks, so your concerns will be addressed.
