Howdy Farmers!
We want to give you a glimpse of what’s coming next in Big Farm – and how the recently introduced crops (Onions, Red Cabbage, and Beetroot) will become key ingredients in a much bigger system: the Clothing Economy!
This major new feature will focus on the Gourmet Farm and will be released gradually over several updates. Here’s what you can expect:
Update #1 – Already Live
- Onions, Red Cabbage, and Beetroot were introduced
Update #2 – Coming Soon
- New Building: Dye Factory
- The first of three new buildings
- Produces natural dyes using Onions, Red Cabbage, and Beetroot
- A new daily quest (“Produce Dye”) will offer attractive rewards
Further Updates – Coming Later
- New Building: Spinning Factory
- Transforms raw fibers into fine materials (e.g., Raw Wool → Fine Wool, Cotton → Fine Cotton)
- Cotton will receive an option to be used as a regular crop, no longer restricted to edge planting
- New Building: Clothing Factory
- Combines dyes and fine fibers to produce clothing
- Introduces a new item type: Craftable boosters that you can store and manually activate. Imagine a fancy garden apron or chef’s hat from your own factory, that gives you temporarily improved productions when YOU need them most.

⚠️ Dyes, fine materials and clothing items will not be added to the regular Hard Worker or Village Fair events. Instead, we work on new events that will include these.
Stay tuned for more information as we roll out the Clothing Economy over the next updates.
