At the end of last year, we identified a massive tool duplication exploit that was abused by thousands of players to duplicate billions of defensive tools. This was not a minor glitch or an accidental mistake – this was a deliberate and repeated abuse of a serious flaw in the system, damaging the fairness and integrity of the game for everyone.

After weeks of technical preparation and adjustments in the background, we are now executing a one-time, final action against all accounts that exploited this issue.

Effective immediately:

• Players who abused this exploit will see the affected tool types rolled back to the stock amount they owned before the exploit began.
• This rollback will include all duplicated tools, and also Tools that were crafted, won, or purchased afterward using exploited stock.
• There will be no regrants, no reimbursements, and no individual discussions. Our Customer Support team has been instructed to reject any related tickets without exception.

We are fully aware that many players have already used exploited tools in battles over the last weeks and months. However, the sheer scale of this exploit and the way it was abused makes it impossible to address every case or undo every unfair advantage that was gained. This rollback is the maximum action we will take, and it is final.

Let us be absolutely clear:
The rollback and corrective action we are applying today is fully backed by our General Terms and Conditions:

Section 6.1 – User Obligations explicitly prohibits:

“Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game to gain an unfair advantage.”

Section 7.2 clearly grants us the right to:

“Modify, suspend, or remove any content or accounts that violate these terms or that may disrupt the integrity of the game.”

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or flaws in the game is a blatant violation of our Terms of Service.
Anyone who attempts to undermine the fairness of the game will face strict consequences — whether it’s through rollbacks, currency adjustments, account restrictions, or permanent bans.

We will not tolerate any further discussion, justification, or negotiation regarding this topic.
If you chose to exploit, you chose to accept the risk. Today, the bill is due.
