We had to stop the current Rift Raid event ahead of schedule. A bug was preventing rewards from being paid out correctly and also caused the leaderboard to display an incorrect number of points. Since this affected both the progress you had made and the rewards you had earned, we decided that continuing the event in this state would not have been fair to anyone taking part.
Our team is working on a fix right now. Our aim is to bring the event back at the earliest tomorrow, the 16th of September. We will keep you informed as soon as we can confirm the exact timing, and we will let you know if anything changes along the way.
We are also aware that many of you invested time and resources into this event before it was stopped. A generous compensation will be provided once the event is running again, and we will share the details with you at that point.
