Our team was aware of the issue as it happened and restarted the affected servers over the weekend to restore stable performance. Since then, we have identified what caused the disruption and are now working on a deeper, lasting solution so this does not happen again.
To make up for the inconvenience, we will be providing compensation to affected players this week. We will share the details as soon as they are finalized.
