We would like to give you a transparent update on two gift issues that occurred over the past days. In both cases, we caught the problem quickly and have already taken action.
A recent campaign gift briefly went out containing the wrong decoration. We spotted the error quickly and replaced it with the correct version. A small number of players claimed the gift before the fix, and we have decided to leave those items on their accounts rather than remove them. No additional compensation will be issued for this issue, and the corrected gift is now available to everyone.
Separately, the Rift Raid compensation gift was sent out with level 0 mead troops instead of the intended level 10. It has since been taken down and redeployed with the correct level 10 troops. For the wider issues experienced during Rift Raid over the weekend, all affected players will receive 100,000 meat troops and 2,000 Rift Coins.
All the gifts mentioned above are available to claim until the end of this week and will not be reissued afterward, so please be sure to collect them in time. Thank you for your patience.
